Well, I have come a long way since we first started this process. There are no words that can express my gratitude to both of you for your guidance and assistance. I never thought I would be where I am today after the tragedy of the storm. But here I sit, by the grace of God and all those who have been kind to me, and soon I will be moving into a new home.
The final inspection should be this Friday. I have spoken with Dora and I am gathering the necessary documents to begin the mortgage process. The home, my home, is beyond beautiful! I can only thank you for that – for without your assistance – I would have walked away from it all. It has been a difficult journey but there is always someone worse off and I have tried to assist others that are less fortunate….paying it forward in a sense.
I pray that both of you, your families and your New Century Bank team/Statewide Modular team are blessed with much health and love in the coming year.

There were delays and obstacles not only on the township’s side, but also on our side. Statewide worked with us throughout all of the ups and downs. They always had time to speak with me, even when I just stopped in to talk it all out. Bruce always was optimistic and gave me some really good advice. Ron, our salesman, was always available to listen to me. I can’t say enough about Robin and Jennifer. Robin’s knowledge is abundant in dealing with the townships, and Jennifer was always great at getting the scheduling down and making sure I knew what was going on. They went above and beyond to get everything completed.
Martin, Sean, Brian, and everyone else involved in the building process, met with me when needed and were always helpful.
Needless to say, our experience with Statewide was a very good one.
My heartfelt thanks to everyone at Statewide Modular. I would definitely recommend Statewide to anyone who is thinking about building a modular home.
