When Statewide opened its model showcase and corporate offices in 2006, the modular offices needed to complement the look of its models. This design which also works well in “main street” type settings is far more functional than converted homes. Flooring and walls are heavily soundproofed and hallways and stairwells are wider to accommodate heavier traffic. Because of its modular design expansion and remodeling are easily accommodated.
